Description
Located in the suburb of Wiri in South Auckland, New Zealand, Wirihana is a housing development with a unique offering of green space, community features and a varied range of architectural styles. Wirihana, and the approach to its brand design, is unapologetically “altogether different”.
With over 400 homes to sell in the coming years, a switching colour palette based on seasons is used to refresh the brand in market, whilst still feeling inherently familiar.
Working closely with the stakeholder group and brand designer Lucy Guernier, I developed the wider set of Wirihana materials, including sales collateral and digital campaign assets.
Alongside our internal team, I also lead the design of the sales display suite; an unconventional approach of two separate buildings, each with distinctly unique purposes and two distinctive palettes. In building one, the summer palette boldly excites and pops, while in building two, a cooler and calmer spring palette delivers a more traditional sales environment.
