Description
Honour, Herne Bay is a small-scale, luxury townhouse development in one of the oldest and most affluent central coastal suburbs in Auckland, New Zealand.
Three exquisitely designed townhouses are perfectly located, less than 50 metres from the beach, overlooking the Waitematā Harbour.
I designed a considered, concise set of sales and marketing materials, including a 50+ page brochure and detailed, accurate floor plans.
The layout of the brochure highlights a set of high-end renders, whilst also giving a modern, contemporary feel, with subtle hints to the development’s historic location.
